SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, eggs, and sugar; add dry ingredients; add sour cream and vanilla. Put 1/2 dough in three 9 inch pans or "jelly roll pan".

STREUSEL MIXTURE:

1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts or wheat germ
2 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle with half of streusel mixture. Add remaining dough and top with streusel. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
