GRILLED VEGETABLES 
4-5 med. potatoes, quartered
1/2 head cabbage, cut in wedges
2 or 3 onions, cut in wedges
Carrots (opt.)
Broccoli (opt.)
Cauliflower (opt.)
Butter
Salt & pepper

Preheat grill to medium heat before preparing vegetables. Scrub potatoes and clean all other vegetables to be used and cut into pieces. Butter a large piece of heavy duty foil and place vegetables on foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and several pats of butter. Butter another large piece of foil and seal around edges very securely. Steam on covered grill for 30 minutes, turn and grill 30 more minutes or until done.
