DI PEPE SALAD 
1/2 box Di Pepe
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
Dash of salt
Cool Whip

Cook 1/2 box of Di Pepe, drain and cool, set aside. Drain fruit, add 3/4 cup sugar to juice, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 eggs, beaten, dash salt. Cook until thick, cool. Combine with fruit and Di Pepe. Add Cool Whip one hour before serving.
