MACARONI MUFFS | |
1/2 lb. chopped ham 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese 12 oz. cottage cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Mix together. Spread on large noodle (recipe below) and roll. Place in 9x13 pan that has 1/2 of a 15 ounce can of tomato sauce on the bottom and top with the rest. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Or you can purchase large noodles and stuff. HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES: 1 egg, beaten 1 c. flour 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Mix together. Roll thin and cut in 10 large noodles. Boil 5 minutes in water with salt and butter in it. These noodles to be used with Macaroni Muffs. |
