BARBECUE BRISKET | |
3 to 4 lb. beef brisket 1 pkg. Adolph's meat marinade 3/4 c. beer 3/4 c. catsup Poor marinade over brisket. Prick with fork, after 15 minutes turn over prick and leave in marinade another 15 minutes. Drain, place in roaster and cover with beer and catsup. Cover pan and place in oven at 300 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Cool, slice and reheat. |
