GREEN CHILI SWIRLS 
4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 lb. reg. sausage
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 lb. HOT sausage
1 1/2 c. green chili, chopped

Mix butter and milk into Bisquick. Refrigerate 30 minutes or so. Mix sausage and green chili, let stand while dough is in refrigerator so it can soften. Divide dough in half, roll out each piece to about 1/4 inch thickness. Spread half of the sausage mixture completely over each piece of dough.

Roll as for a jelly roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for an hour. Remove from freezer and slice 1/3 inch thick, freeze. When ready to use, place frozen slices on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 50-60 swirls.
