GREENLEAF VEGETABLE DIP 
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 hard-boiled egg yolks
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 lg. cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 med. avocado
1 tsp. lemon juice
Tabasco sauce
Salt
Lettuce
Raw vegetables

In a medium-size mixing bowl or blender add soup mix, egg yolks, sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish and cucumber. Mix thoroughly. Peel and pit avocado. Dice avocado, add lemon juice, Tabasco, and salt to taste; add to mayonnaise mixture. Place mixture on a bed of lettuce in a serving bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with raw vegetables. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
