GUATAMALAN RICE 
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. raw rice
1/2 lb. mushrooms (fresh) or 1 can mushrooms
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. lobster
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 green pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube

Saute in butter celery, onion and pepper. Cook 1 cup rice with chicken bouillon cube.

Mix together mushrooms, shrimp, crabmeat and lobster. Mix seafood, rice and celery mixture together. Add 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
