LORI SYPHRIT'S BLUEBERRY CRISP 
1 qt. fresh blueberries
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter

Mix flour and sugar, add egg to this. Cut in until looks like meal. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Spread berries in pan, drizzle flour mixture over berries. Slice stick of butter and place on flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in oven until brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
