1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 med. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. walnuts
1 c. mini marshmallows

Fold together cherry pie filling, Cool Whip and milk. Mix with fruit, nuts and marshmallows. Chill.
