1 can of pear halves (ca 800 g.) 6 to 8 chocolate wafer mints by After Eight Whipped cream (or ice cream) Put the pears in a greased oven proof casserole. Put one chocolate mint wafer on each pear. Let the chocolate melt in 350 degree oven for 5 to 6 minutes. Ready to serve with whipped cream. Serves 5 to 6. |
