CHICKEN WINGS
3 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. strong chicken broth or bouillon
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
Garlic powder
Pepper

Cut tips off of chicken wings and boil for broth. Cut rest of the wing into 2 pieces (looks like tiny drum sticks). Mix remaining ingredients together. Marinate wings for at least two hours, turning often, or the longer they marinate the better. I usually leave them eight hours or longer. Put wings in a baking pan and cover with sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until most of the juice is gone. Serves about six.
