ITALIAN STYLE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. beef chop meat, lean
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley
1 c. bread crumbs
2 1/2 oz. water
3 tbsp. corn oil
2 oz. red wine

Use bowl large enough for all ingredients. Mix all ingredients except wine, together very well. Pour wine into small bowl. Wet hands in wine and take small amount of meat mixture and roll into 2 inch balls. Repeat until all meat is done, setting the balls onto a dish. Using a 10 inch fry pan, pour oil in and set heat on low. Cook meatballs approximately 15-20 minutes, turning as they cook. Will yields about 15 meatballs. Serve with any sauce. Makes 6-8 servings.
