HUNGARIAN FROSTING 
3 squares (melted) unsweetened chocolate
2 1/2 tbsp. hot water
1/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 egg yolks

Mix chocolate, sugar and water. Add yolks, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add butter, 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat until creamy.
