4 LAYER CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chipped pecans

Mix together in mixer. Press in a 9 x 9 inch pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. 1 c. Cool Whip 8 oz. cream cheese

Mix together. Spread over the above 1 pkg. chocolate pudding 2 c. milk

Cook over medium heat until thick. Pour over the above. Cool. Cover with Cool Whip, 1/2 cup maraschino cherries cut in half. Arrange on Cool Whip. Grate 1/2 a large Hershey bar over the top.
