PAN GRILLED FISH SANDWICH 
1 c. cooked fish
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. fine chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
6 slices bread
Softened butter

Flake fish. Mix with the next five ingredients. Spread on three slices of bread and top with the other three slices. Spread butter on the outside and fry on a grill or fry pan until golden brown on both sides.

Suggestion: Make the day before, refrigerate overnight and use as a chip dip the next day.
