GRANDMA MINDOCK'S CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. melted butter

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Beat together all filling ingredients except the eggs. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Pour over crust and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Raise oven temperature to 475 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and poor over cooled filling. Bake for 10 minutes. Serves many!
