ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 c. asparagus

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. asparagus juice
Cheese slices
Almonds to your taste
Cheese

Melt butter. Pour over Ritz, brown lightly. Layer crumbs of crackers, asparagus, white sauce, cheese, almonds, etc. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
