APPLE STRUEDEL PIE 
Unbaked pie shell

1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
4 c. pared, cored thin apple slices

Arrange apple slices in pie shell.

3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sifted flour

Cut in 1/3 cup butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
