SALMON LOG | |
1 lb. can salmon, drained 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 tsp. grated onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke 2 tbsp. lemon juice Mash all ingredients together; chill for a couple of hours. When mixture is firm, spoon onto waxed paper and shape into a log. Roll log in crushed walnuts and dried parsley. Serve with crackers. |
