CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH PEANUT
BUTTER ICING
 
Cake:

2 Cups flour
2 Cups sugar
2/3 Cups cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2/3 cup crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup brewed black coffee at room temp.

Icing:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter- no extra
2 Cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients for cake together in bowl with mixer until well blended. Pour into a 9 X 13 cake pan and bake at 350 until toothpick comes out clean from middle of cake.

Cream together cream cheese, and peanut butter until creamy. Blend in powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread on cake and enjoy.
