TEXAS CAVIER 
2 cans black-eye peas, drained
1 can hominy, drained
2 med. tomatoes, diced
4 green onions
1 med. sweet pepper
2/3 c. diced onions
1/4 c. parsley
1 jalapeno pepper
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing

Drain peas and hominy. Cut the other ingredients fine and mix all this together. Pour the Italian dressing and mix. Refrigerate overnight.
