DATIL PEPPER PUFFS 
5 oz. Old English cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. water
Datil pepper jelly

Cut cheese and butter into flour. Stir in water. Shape into ball. Refrigerate. Roll dough very thin and cut into 2 inch circles. Put 1/2 teaspoon datil pepper jelly in center. Fold and crimp edges with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: 2-3 dozen. Can be frozen before or after baking.
