SWEET RELISH 
4 c. ground green tomatoes
4 c. ground onions
12 ground green peppers
6 ground red peppers
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 c. water

Grind tomatoes, onions, peppers with coarse blade of food grinder. Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight. In the morning, rinse and drain well in colander.

Mix remaining ingredients and add relish mixture to it. Heat until boiling. Simmer 3 minutes after it comes to a boil. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal at once.
