WILD RICE WITH MUSHROOMS | |
1 c. wild rice 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. chopped mushrooms 1 c. ripe olives, sliced 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 c. hot water 2 tbsp. oil 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes 1/8 tsp. pepper Soak wild rice overnight. Drain rice and add all other ingredients. Pour into ungreased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Easy! Yummy! |
