VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. California mix vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
4 slices Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 stack Hi-Ho (or Ritz) crackers

1. Cook vegetables. Put in casserole dish.

2. Arrange cheese slices over top.

3. Crumble crackers on top of cheese.

4. Pour melted butter over casserole.

5. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
