RUSSIAN TEA CAKES 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter; add vanilla. Mix in flour and sugar to form a dough. Mix in pecans. Shape at once into walnut sized balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. (They should be only very lightly browned.) Let set about 1 minute, then roll while still warm in additional powdered sugar. Roll carefully, these cookies are fragile.
