6 c. (48 oz.) apple cider or juice 3 c. (24 oz.) white grape juice 1 (16 oz.) jar spiced crab apples 5" stick cinnamon, broken 1 c. Southern Comfort In Dutch oven, heat apple cider with grape juice, undrained crab apples and cinnamon. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove broken cinnamon and discard. Remove crab apples; reserve for the garnish. Stir in whiskey. Stir in mugs garnished with apples atop. Makes 23 (1/2 cup) servings. |
