1 qt. flour
3 tbsp. yeast
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Butter, size of an egg

Make up with new milk into a fairly stiff batter. Set to rise. When it has risen pour into a cake mold and let rise again. Bake quickly and serve hot.
