FLOURLESS BLACK BEAN BROWNIES 
1 (15 oz.) black beans, thoroughly rinsed and drained
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 eggs
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch square baking pan.

Place beans and eggs in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Mix all remaining ingredients together with the bean/egg mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until top is dry and edges begin to pull away from the pan.
