BEEF-ON-A-SKEWER 
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 lb. sirloin or chuck steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lg. green pepper, cut in chunks
Cherry tomatoes
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut in chunks

Combine first 10 ingredients; marinate beef for 24 hours. Drain; reserve marinade. Alternate beef, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and pineapple on skewers. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes 3 to 5 inches from coals. Baste with reserved marinade. Yield: 6-8 servings.
