ITALIAN SAUSAGE WITH MUSHROOMS &
CELERY
 
About 2 lbs. Italian sweet sausage with fennel seeds
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. chopped celery

Pan fry or oven bake sausage until done. Cut into chunks (about 3 per). Saute sliced mushrooms. Add celery and cook lightly. Mix with sausage and serve warm.
