CARBONARA 
1/2 lb. bacon
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 clove garlic
2 tsp. butter
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 bag angel hair pasta

Cook bacon until crisp, crumble. Reserve fat. Cook onion and garlic in oil. (Microwave is ok.) Melt butter in frying pan. Let cool partially. Add egg yolks, cream, cheese and onion/garlic mixture. Add bacon. Toss over pasta. Serve with salad and French bread. Serves 2+.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
