1 pkg. yellow cake mix
11 oz. mandarin orange slices, diced
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in two 8 inch pans.

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and frost.
