TACO PIZZA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 2 cans water 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 c. shredded lettuce 1/2 c. tomato, chopped 1/4 c. ripe olive slices Sour cream, optional Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato paste and water, simmer 5 minutes. Unroll dough press onto bottom of pizza pan. Prick bottom and sides with a fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cover crust with meat mixture, top with cheese. Continue baking until cheese begins to melt. Top with remaining ingredients and serve with sour cream if desired. |
