GOOEY BUTTERNUT CAKE 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 pkg. pound cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted

Mix 3 ingredients thoroughly. Spread in bottom of greased 9"x13" pan.

TOP LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar plus a little extra for sprinkling on top
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream softened cream cheese. Slowly beat in 2 eggs, then powdered sugar. Pour over bottom layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 20 minutes and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
