BARBECUE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped fine
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce (8 oz. can)

Mix above and shape and put in a shallow pan. Make sauce as follows and pour over meat loaf. 1/2 c. water 3 tbsp. vinegar 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste occasionally.
