GRILLED RED FISH 
Slice whole red fish in half (length-wise). Do not scale. Lightly salt and coat with lemon juice. Baste with melted butter (melt 1 cup butter and add 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce). Let this set for about 30 minutes before cooking. Place fish on barbecue grill, scales down, and cook (continue to baste with butter and lemon juice), until done.
