DEEP FRIED CATFISH 
1 lb. catfish fillets
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Oil

Cut fish into 8 pieces. Combine dressing and Worcestershire sauce; pour over fish. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Drain fish, coat with combined cornmeal and seasonings. Fry in deep hot oil, 375 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. 4 servings.
