MALT O'MEAL MUFFINS 
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. liquid shortening
3/4 c. Malt O'Meal
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
