SMOKED TURKEY 
3 qt. water
1 c. Morton Tender Quick
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. reg. salt
1 tbsp. liquid smoke for every lb. of turkey (takes at least one 4 ounce bottle)

Mix all ingredients together in large container. Poke turkey with meat fork to make holes. Soak turkey in solution 12 to 14 hours (up to 24 hours). If turkey isn't completely covered with solution be sure to turn it several times.

Drain well. Bake turkey at 350 degrees for 15 minutes for every pound of turkey or a little longer. Not too long or it will dry out. Bake uncovered.
