EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Use 10x14 cake pan (important). Grease bottom only. Put coconut and pecans evenly on bottom of pan. Mix cake according to directions on box and pour over nut mixture.

Cream together until smooth the last 4 ingredients. When smooth, spoon by heaping teaspoonfuls all over top of batter. DO NOT stir or mix into batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
