DILLED VEGETABLES 
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tbsp. dill (weed)
1 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix ingredients and pour over freshly washed vegetables (carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, etc.) Let marinate for at least 4 hours. Drain off extra marinade.
