SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. carton cottage cheese (sm. curd)
3 unbeaten eggs
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. American cheese
1 lg. pkg. frozen chopped spinach (frozen broccoli may be used instead of
spinach)

Cut butter and cheese in coarse pieces. Add eggs, flour and cottage cheese. Mix well. Cook spinach until thawed. Drain well. Add to first mixture. Grease casserole. Top with seasoned bread crumbs if you wish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
