CHILI - DILLY 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. enchilada sauce
1 c. tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
2 c. grated cheese

Brown ground beef and onion and remove any fat. Add rest of ingredients to meat and onion mixture; reserving 1/2 cup of corn chips and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly about 30 to 40 minutes. "Plop" on top 1 cup of sour cream. (I make a circle about half way in from edge.) Sprinkle grated cheese on top and crushed chips.
