CHILLED CANTALOUPE SOUP 
1 (3 lb.) ripe cantaloupe
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. sugar (or about 3 packets Equal)
1/4 c. orange juice

Seed and peel cantaloupe. In blender or food processor combine all and blend until smooth. Chill over ice cubes or refrigerate. Serve in chilled bowls.
