BLUEBERRY - CREAM TORTE 
1 pkg. white or butter recipe cake mix
Cream cheese frosting or whipped cream
2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 kiwis, sliced

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Bake in 2 (9 inch) round or square cake pans. Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting, using filling between the layers. Top with second layer. Repeat frosting and garnish with sliced kiwis and blueberries.

For a patriotic theme, garnish with strawberries cut lengthwise. Overlapping strawberries to resemble a star. Fill center of star with blueberries.
