MOM'S SURPRISE 
1 stick butter
70 Ritz crackers
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding (pistachio, strawberry, chocolate)
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 gallon of vanilla ice cream
Whip cream or 8 oz. Cool Whip
Chocolate bar

Crush Ritz crackers, melt butter. Combine in bowl, put in 9 x 13 pan to make crust at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until crust brown.

Mix pudding (mixture only), half and half, and ice cream. Put on top of cooled cracker crumbs; put in refrigerate when firm. Put whip cream or Cool Whip on top then chocolate bar shavings on whip cream (pistachio flavor pudding is great).
