CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 c. Oreos with sweet butter (1/2 stick melted)

Press into springform pan.

1 lb. chocolate chips
2 c. heavy cream
4 egg whites, beaten
2 whole eggs
6 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat heavy cream until firm while adding 6 tablespoons confectioners sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Melt chocolate chips and let cool to room temperature. Beat 2 whole eggs, one at a time, into chocolate; add vanilla and a little egg white and whipped cream to chocolate. Then fold in remaining cream and egg white. Pour into spring form pan and chill overnight.
