2 oz. drained tuna, packed in water 1/4 c. drained canned whole kernel corn 2 tbsp. chopped celery 2 tbsp. red bell pepper 1 tbsp. chopped scallion (green onion) 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tsp. chopped fresh Italian (flat leafed) parsley In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. 1 serving. 1 fat, 2 protein, 1/2 vegetable, 1/2 bread. |
